Brazilian Lymph Spa and Val’s Services Cleaning are growing brands focused on wellness, aesthetics, and lifestyle services. We are looking for a highly proactive, results-driven Digital Marketing & Growth to take full ownership of our marketing efforts.
This is a hands-on execution and strategy position for someone who can create, launch, analyze, and optimize campaigns that drive real business results.
Position Summary
You will be responsible for managing and executing all digital marketing efforts, including content creation, paid advertising, campaign strategy, and performance analysis.
We are looking for someone who doesn’t wait for direction — you take initiative, test ideas, analyze results, and continuously improve performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Content
- Create, schedule, and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
- Develop marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
- Identify trends and create high-performing, engaging content
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity
Paid Advertising & Growth
- Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Instagram, etc.)
- Monitor budgets and optimize campaigns for performance
- Test creatives, audiences, and strategies to improve ROI
- Support and execute paid ad strategies (not just assist — own them)
Analytics & Optimization
- Analyze campaign performance and key metrics
- Review data regularly to identify what’s working and what’s not
- Identify top-performing content and campaigns
- Make data-driven decisions to improve results
- Continuously optimize campaigns, funnels, and content strategy
Strategy & Execution
- Take ownership of marketing initiatives from idea to execution
- Proactively suggest improvements and new growth opportunities
- Align marketing efforts with sales, events, and business goals

Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or paid ads
- Experience running Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) required
- Experience with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Basic understanding of analytics tools and performance tracking
- Experience in wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands is a plus
