Your Role
At Bravo Team, the Engineers engage in projects blending customer needs with our strengths in engineering and tech.
As a Computer Engineer, you will contribute to the development of customer projects and internal products in areas such as:
- Machine Design
- Automation & Controls
- Product Development
- Build-to-Print/Fabrication
You will design and test electrical systems, troubleshoot issues, and customize solutions to meet customer requirements. Success in this role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Software Development: Design and develop apps, firmware, and software solutions, including requirements analysis, configuration, and validation.
- System Integration: Design and configure hardware, software, and networks, perform setup and integration, and conduct testing to ensure functionality.
- Automation Systems: Develop and maintain PLC and DCS control system applications for process instrumentation.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Ensure system stability by performing thorough maintenance, diagnosing software and hardware issues, and implementing effective corrective actions.
- Adaptation and Optimization: Modify management system applications to meet evolving production goals and enhance operational efficiency.
- Customization: Adapt hardware, systems, and applications to meet client-specific requirements and evolving production needs.
- Collaboration: Mentor team members, provide technical expertise, and assist with Statements of Work during the sales process.
- Duties and responsibilities are client-focused and may evolve to meet changing needs and priorities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (MS Degree not required but a plus).
- 5 years of experience in PCB design, circuit development, and debugging.
- Hands-on development skills in two or more application languages, such as: C, C , Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, Objective-C, Dart, Swift or equivalent languages.
- Excellent organization, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong commitment to providing superior client satisfaction.
- Ability to work on several projects in parallel in a fast-paced environment.
- This position requires full-time, on-site work to support team collaboration.
Compensation
Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year. Where candidates fall within the pay range is dependent on factors such as years of applicable experience.
