In This Role, You Will
- Be a customer launch specialist by launching new customers on the platform, resolving pain points, and ensuring a great onsite experience.
- Represent client by managing quality and performance for clients.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills by gathering client feedback, identifying issues, and clearly communicating them to the appropriate contacts.
About You
- Based in New York with the ability and willingness to travel daily within your assigned city to different customer locations.
- A humble hustler who believes no task is too small and understands that the best way to improve a process is to first build and execute it.
- Able to manage ambiguity, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance.
- Comfortable learning and using technology and data tools, including Slack, Zoom, Google Sheets, and client internal systems.
- Able to quickly become an expert in the Meal Manager platform, including helping clients set up accounts, place orders, configure backup carts, and troubleshoot basic platform issues.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent accuracy and productivity.
- Possess outstanding communication and time-management skills, with the ability to understand problems, communicate effectively, implement solutions, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passionate about building relationships through empathy and emotional intelligence.
- Previous experience in Operations Management, Customer Support, Customer Interviews, or Sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Salary : $20 - $25
