$60,000 to $80,000 base salary plus commission
Do you know jewelry inside and out, and love to sell it?
We’re looking for a Jewelry Expert to join our Arkansas stores. You’ll test gold, grade stones, price items with confidence, and help our customers find something they love. This is a sales and evaluation role. It is not a bench jeweler role, so no repairs, sizing, or stone setting.

What You’ll Do
- Test gold, silver, and platinum using approved methods
- Grade diamonds and gemstones for cut, color, clarity, and carat weight
- Tell natural diamonds apart from lab-grown stones and simulants
- Figure melt value using the daily spot price, karat purity, and weight
- Price items using company guidelines and current market data
- Build lasting relationships with customers and earn repeat business
- Show merchandise and describe condition and value honestly
- Inspect luxury watches and check them for authenticity
- Speak up right away if an item seems stolen, altered, or suspicious
- Train and coach coworkers on testing and grading
What You Bring
- [3 ] years of fine jewelry sales experience
- Formal gemology or jewelry training, is desired
- Hands-on experience testing gold and grading stones
- Strong understanding of spot pricing and melt value
- A proven record of hitting sales goals
- Comfort with computers, POS systems, and testing tools
A Big Plus
- GIA credential, such as Graduate Gemologist or Applied Jewelry Professional
- AGS credential
- Knowledge of luxury watches and brands
- Pawn, estate, or buying experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is always helpful
