Role Description: Jones & Son is looking for an energetic and experienced Diamond and Fine Jewelry Sales Concierge, Sales Associate, and Executive Secretary. This full-time, on-site role in Little Rock, AR combines concierge services, merchandising, fine jewelry, and diamond sales to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. The team member will greet and assist clients, manage inquiries and appointments, and support reception duties such as answering phones and coordinating reservations. Day-to-day responsibilities include presenting and explaining diamond and bridal jewelry options, guiding clients through selection and purchase, and maintaining a welcoming, organized showroom. The role also involves merchandising displays, monitoring inventory presentation, and ensuring that products are showcased in line with brand standards. Dress is business professional, not business casual.
Pay: Competitive pay based on the applicant's experience, plus commissions and supplier incentives.

- Sundays & Mondays Off
