Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform surface preparation and apply coatings/paint to piping systems in accordance with project specifications.
- Apply pipe labels per standards in designated areas.
- Operate hand and power tools required for painting and labeling tasks.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, including daily setup and cleanup.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and spotters to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
- Report any job site issues, hazards, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Attend training sessions to improve job knowledge and skills.
Requirements
- Experience in general labor or skilled trades preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts and follow strict cleanliness protocols.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required
