Service Parts Coordinator - Hoffman Estates, IL (FULLY ONSITE) OVERVIEWIn this position, you will support strategic, enterprise-level customers and maintain professional relationships with decision-makers ranging from Buyers and Engineers to Maintenance Managers and Presidents.You will serve as a trusted partner to key accounts such as major automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, handling complex inquiries, researching technical parts, managing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial request through invoicing and delivery. Job Description:Providing telephone, email and fax support to internal and external inquiriesHandling specialized accounts with company unique pricing and needs; processing their quotes and orders through portalsGenerating and supplying quotes; receiving and processing PO’s through OracleCollaborating with Operations, Accounting, Logistics and Technical Support groups to meet customer’s needs and resolve customer issuesCreating, Maintaining, and updating customer accountsEstablishing access to company portal for customersCompany DescriptionBranex Group is a Minority-owned Technical Staffing firm headquartered in Auburn Hills, MI.
