CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - ROCHESTER HILLS, MI (FULLY ONSITE)OVERVIEWIn this position, you will support strategic, enterprise-level customers and maintain professional relationships with decision-makers ranging from Buyers and Engineers to Maintenance Managers and Presidents.You will serve as a trusted partner to key accounts such as major automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, handling complex inquiries, researching technical parts, managing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial request through invoicing and delivery.RESPONSBILIITESManage end-to-end order fulfillment for aftermarket/spare partsQuote pricing and availability; manage delivery confirmations and follow-upsRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat~15 inbound calls / day~10 outbound calls / day~45 emails / day~5 chats / day~10 quotes / day~22 orders / dayResearch and identify correct part numbers using technical manualsProcess credits, RMAs, returns, and warranty requestsCollaborate with internal teams (Finance, Inventory Planning, Logistics, Sales, Tech Support, etc.) to resolve issues quickly and accuratelyProvide a high level of customer sensitivity and professional communicationMaintain strong working knowledge of product lines and system toolsREQUIREMENTSBachelor’s Degree required (Associate may be accepted if in-progress and paired with experience)Strong customer service, inside sales, or account management backgroundProven experience managing high-value or strategic accounts (not scripted call center experience)Invoicing and quoting experience requiredStrong computer proficiency — Excel and Outlook testing required prior to hireHighly organized; able to manage multiple requests efficientlyProfessional communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mentalityReliable onsite attendance is essentialExperience supporting industrial, manufacturing, or engineering customers (preferred)Familiarity with technical drawings or parts manuals (preferred)Exposure to Oracle or similar ERP systems (preferred)Company DescriptionBranex Group is a Minority-owned Technical Staffing firm headquartered in Auburn Hills, MI.
