Position Title: Retail Merchandiser
Location: Various Spirit Halloween Store Locations

Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Retail Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are displayed effectively in retail stores to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience. This includes setting up and maintaining product displays, stocking shelves, monitoring inventory levels, and following planograms provided by corporate or brand partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with your supervisor to read, interpret, and execute schematics, plan-o-grams, and merchandise maps with precision.
- Build fixtures, set up displays, and make the store visually appealing.
- Move shelves and keep aisles and displays tidy.
- Communicate with store staff and supervisors to coordinate product placement and restocking
- Adapt and adjust as needed to create the best shopping experience
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in retail merchandising or a related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Physical ability to lift up to [25–50] lbs, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
- Reliable transportation for travel between store locations (if applicable)
