Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Marketing Operations to lead and optimize our marketing initiatives across multiple channels. The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing the company’s marketing strategy to generate consistent, qualified leads and increase brand awareness across all markets. This role requires strong strategic leadership and technical expertise in digital marketing platforms.
The Director of Marketing will also lead and manage the internal marketing team including the Videographer, Social Media Manager, and Virtual Assistants (VA’s). This role ensures all marketing activities across the team remain aligned with Brandon J Roofing’s standards of Relentless Excellence and support company growth goals.
Duties
- • Lead and manage the marketing team including Videographer, Social Media Manager, and Virtual Assistants.
- • Provide clear direction, priorities, and accountability for marketing initiatives.
- • Ensure marketing team members execute their roles effectively and consistently
- . • Coordinate collaboration between marketing, sales, and leadership.
- • Maintain quality control over all marketing outputs to protect the company brand.
- • Develop quarterly and annual marketing strategies aligned with company growth goals.
- • Identify the highest-performing lead generation channels.
- • Coordinate campaigns across Google, Meta, website, and CRM systems.
- • Align marketing initiatives with recruiting, branding, and revenue growth goals.
- • Manage and optimize Google PPC campaigns.
- • Manage and maximize lead generation through Local Service Ads (LSA).
- • Oversee SEO strategy and organic search visibility.
- • Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles (GMB) for all company locations.
- • Analyze traffic sources and campaign performance using Google Analytics.
- Build and optimize high-converting funnels for storm leads, service leads, recruiting, and promotions.
- • Design automated SMS and email lead nurturing workflows.
- • Ensure proper pipeline tracking and lead attribution.
- • Build landing pages integrated with advertising campaigns.
- • Continuously optimize funnel performance and conversion rates.
- Build and manage Meta advertising campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
- • Install and manage Meta pixels and conversion tracking.
- • Develop retargeting campaigns to capture missed leads.
- • Create lookalike audiences and advanced targeting strategies.
- • Test ad creatives and messaging to improve campaign performance.
Skills
- • Strong expertise in Google Analytics, PPC, LSA, SEO, and GMB optimization
- . • Advanced proficiency in Go High Level CRM including funnel creation and automation workflows. • Experience managing Meta advertising campaigns, retargeting, and pixel installation.
- • Proven ability to lead and manage a marketing team.
- • Ability to present examples of previous funnels, automation systems, and campaigns.
