Job Description:
As a Roofing Sales Consultant at Brandon J Roofing, you will be a key contributor to our continued growth and success. This is a W-2 employee position offering long-term stability, benefits, and support. We are seeking driven, motivated individuals who are passionate about helping homeowners and businesses navigate the insurance claims process while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with homeowners and businesses to assess roofing damage and determine insurance claim eligibility.
- Guide clients through the insurance claims process.
- Provide detailed estimates for roofing repairs or replacements based on insurance coverage and client requirements.
- Utilize sales techniques to sell additional roofing services or products as appropriate.
- Stay informed about industry trends, insurance policies, and regulations to effectively advise clients and optimize sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales is preferred but not a requirement.
- Must be comfortable climbing roofs and conducting physical assessments of properties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
