Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, efficient table service.
- Learn our food and beverage menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.
- Enter orders accurately and communicate special requests or allergy concerns.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.
- Monitor tables, anticipate guest needs, and address concerns promptly.
- Process payments accurately.
- Complete opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities.
- Maintain clean, organized dining and service areas.
- Support teammates during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tables while remaining attentive to guests.
- A dependable, professional, and team-oriented approach.
- Willingness to learn the menu and follow service standards.
- Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
