Il Forno Vanish in Boonsboro, Maryland, is hiring experienced bartenders to join our team. Our pizzeria and brewery brings together pizza, Italian favorites, and a welcoming bar atmosphere. We’re looking for someone who provides personable service, works efficiently during busy shifts, and takes pride in keeping a clean, organized bar.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages accurately and consistently.
- Welcome guests, take food and beverage orders, and provide attentive bar service.
- Learn our food and drink menus and make recommendations.
- Manage multiple orders while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Process payments and handle cash responsibly.
- Keep the bar stocked, clean, and ready for service.
- Complete opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities.
- Follow responsible alcohol service practices and company procedures.
- Communicate clearly with servers, kitchen staff, and management.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or bar preferred.
- Working knowledge of beer, wine, and classic cocktails.
- Strong communication skills and a guest-focused attitude.
- Ability to stay organized and composed during busy service.
- Dependability, attention to detail, and willingness to support teammates.
- Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
