Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine accurately and consistently.
- Welcome guests, take food and beverage orders, and provide attentive bar service.
- Learn our menus and make thoughtful recommendations.
- Manage multiple orders while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Process payments and handle cash responsibly.
- Keep the bar clean, stocked, and ready for service.
- Follow responsible alcohol service practices and company procedures.
- Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or bar preferred.
- Working knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Strong communication skills and a guest-focused attitude.
- Ability to stay composed and organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependability, teamwork, and attention to detail.
- Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
