Duties
- Fabricate composite blades through cutting, molding, and assembly processes using specialized tools and machinery
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to handle materials safely and efficiently
- Use hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to shape, assemble, and finish components
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure blades meet specified standards and tolerances
- Perform materials handling tasks including loading, unloading, and organizing raw materials and finished products
- Assist in the setup and calibration of fabrication equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members on assembly procedures and process improvements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or related fields such as millwork, carpentry, or machining
- Knowledge of materials handling, assembly, and construction techniques
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery
- Experience operating forklifts is preferred; certification is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge with an understanding of manufacturing processes
- Warehouse experience is advantageous for efficient materials management
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality standards
- Prior experience in composite or blade manufacturing is desirable but not required
