Compensation: $70,000 (draw) against UNCAPPED commission potential. Your earning potential reflects your performance.

Territory Sales Manager enjoys compensation that begins with UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS and ends with a company-funded pension. Our first year Territory Managers average $150K OTE, rising to an average of $190K OTE for third year Territory Managers.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales within an assigned territory through prospecting, relationship development, and account management
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and municipal markets
- Conduct in-person sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, engineers, and contractors
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and forecasts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools
- Travel extensively within the territory as required
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of outside or territory sales experience, preferably in industrial, construction, or engineered products
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
