The Downstream Marketing Manager will lead go-to-market execution across a product portfolio, supporting new product launches, existing product growth, customer initiatives, integrated campaigns, and sales activation.
This role will work closely with Product Management, Sales, Digital, Education, Events, Creative, Regulatory and other cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute downstream commercialization and go-to-market plans aligned with business priorities
- Lead marketing execution for new product launches and existing product growth initiatives
- Translate product positioning, clinical evidence, customer insights and competitive differentiation into compelling messaging
- Develop and manage customer-facing content and assets, including digital, email, print, promotional and sales materials
- Create integrated campaigns across digital, email, social, events, sales and other customer channels
- Partner with Sales to translate marketing initiatives into effective field activation, sales tools and customer communications
- Collaborate with Digital and CRM/Customer Journey teams on segmentation, campaigns, lead progression and customer engagement
- Manage creative development, timelines, agencies and internal resources
- Ensure marketing materials are accurate, compliant and aligned with brand guidelines
- Establish and monitor KPIs and use performance data and customer feedback to optimize campaigns and commercialization strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
- 5 years of downstream, commercial or product marketing experience within medical device, dental, biologics, healthcare or another regulated industry
- Experience leading product launches, go-to-market programs and integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, content development, sales activation and marketing performance
- Ability to translate clinical, scientific and market information into compelling customer-facing messaging
- Strong project management, analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Collaborative, creative, organized and results-oriented
- Willingness to travel periodically for sales meetings, field activities and industry events
