Interim Project Billing Analyst
Location: Onsite in Port Washington, NY
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months (potential for extension and/or conversion)
Pay Rate: $36-42/HR (depending on experience & education/credentials)
Our team is working with a great client in the building materials construction industry seeking a Project Billing Analyst for an interim assignment to support the existing team. This company is an industry leader in their space and the role has potential for a longer term assignment or possible a permanent conversion. This role is fully onsite.
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years of experience in accounting, AP, AR or billing, ideally within the construction industry
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach
- Experience working in a manual accounting environment
- Excel: Basic level skills and ability to navigate spreadsheets and input data
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree
- AIA Billing and Change Orders
- Construction industry experience
- Experience with AS400 and MS Navision
