We are seeking a Part-Time CRM Administrator to support our sales team through data management, reporting, and process optimization. This role is critical to ensuring our CRM systems are accurate, actionable, and driving sales productivity. The CRM Administrator will play a key role in supporting the sales organization by maintaining accurate data across multiple CRM platforms, assisting with reporting, and helping drive accountability across the team.
This is an in-office position based in either our Milwaukee, WI or Rolling Meadows, IL office, working closely with the sales team and leadership.
SCHEDULE
This is a part-time, in-office role (approximately 24-28 hours per week).
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM (required)
- Weekdays: 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM (flexible)
We offer some flexibility on Tuesday thru Friday hours to accommodate individual schedules, but Monday availability is essential to support weekly sales activity, meetings with principals, and reporting cadence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
CRM and Data Management
- Manage and ensure accuracy of BNM’s CRM (Repfabric), including new customer accounts and contacts, and sales activity and opportunity tracking.
- Maintain and update data across principal CRMs (e.g., Salesforce)
- Proactively monitor and push follow-up activities for the sales team
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare and distribute monthly NBO (New Business Opportunity) reports to principals
- Ensure all sales reps have updated targets and NBOs across product lines
- Support proactive reporting and pipeline visibility
Sales Process and Support
- Reconcile commissions and support reporting accuracy
- Improve sales team efficiency by optimizing CRM usage and internal processes
- Manage distributor and principal design registrations
- Participate in principal meetings as needed to support data and reporting
- Document customer success stories and key wins
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, Repfabric, or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with Power BI or other reporting/analytics tools preferred
- 2 years in CRM, sales support or administrative role preferred.
