You will design, develop, and implement solutions within our Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand their technical requirements and developing/implementing solutions and ensuring the CRM system is effectively meeting the needs of our business.

You will design, develop, and implement solutions within our Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand their technical requirements and developing/implementing solutions and ensuring the CRM system is effectively meeting the needs of our business.
Responsibilities
- Customizes and configures Dynamics 365 CRM applications, including workflows, plugins, and integrations.
- Works closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements / technical specifications and translates them into CRM system configurations, customizations and integrations.
- Develops and maintains technical documentation for CRM solutions.
- Performs data migration tasks and supports/enhances integrations with other business applications.
- Performs system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting. Monitors system performance and implements improvements to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications
- 2 years of development experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM customization, configuration, and development.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a focus on providing a high level of customer service.
