Job Summary:
Bradesco Bank is undergoing a global enterprise transformation, launched by Banco Bradesco in Brazil and deployed across international operations — including the United States. This transformation follows the McKinsey operating model, and its execution and progress are actively supported and monitored by McKinsey in partnership with our senior leadership team.
As a Transformation Office Intern, you will play a hands-on role in this strategic journey, working closely with senior transformation leaders on initiatives that shape the future of the bank. This role offers exceptional exposure to business case development, data modeling, portfolio management, and executive decision-making, providing a foundation comparable to early-career experiences in top-tier consulting and strategy teams.

Scope of Responsibilities:
- Support the development of business cases, financial models, and data-driven analyses to assess strategic initiatives and investment decisions
- Assist in modeling scenarios, financial impacts, and value creation opportunities across transformation initiatives
- Coordinate and support Transformation Office governance, including cadence meetings, workstream check-ins, and executive reviews
- Prepare clear, structured, executive-level materials and presentations for senior leadership
- Collect, analyze, validate, and synthesize data from multiple sources into actionable insights
- Track initiative progress, identify risks, variances, and dependencies, and support mitigation actions
- Participate in problem-solving, hypothesis-building, and brainstorming sessions using structured consulting-style approaches
- Support portfolio management activities, including prioritization, sequencing, and progress tracking
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy, documentation, and analytical rigor
- Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment

Qualifications & Skills:
Technical Skills:

- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a strong plus
- Basic knowledge of Python or other analytical tools is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Familiarity with project or portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus)

- Interest in banking, financial services, and large-scale transformation initiatives
