Senior Payroll Specialist – Multi-Entity Payroll Operations – Centralized Accounting Office

Braden Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join our centralized accounting team in Chillicothe, Ohio. This is a key position responsible for overseeing and processing payroll for multiple dealerships, divisions, and entities within our growing automotive group.

Responsibilities
- Process and oversee multiple payrolls across various divisions and locations
- Ensure payroll is completed accurately and on schedule
- Maintain employee payroll records and confidential information
- Review payroll data for accuracy and compliance
- Communicate effectively with managers and employees regarding payroll-related questions
- Assist with payroll reporting, audits, and related accounting functions
- Stay current on payroll regulations and best practices
- Work closely with HR and accounting teams to support company operations
Qualifications
- Previous payroll experience required
- Experience managing multiple payrolls preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with payroll systems
- Paycor experience is highly desirable
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus
