Accounts Payable Specialist
Braden Automotive Group – Corporate Accounting Office

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Braden Automotive Group is a growing automotive dealership organization seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Clerk to join our centralized accounting team in downtown Chillicothe, Ohio.
We are looking for a detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with numbers, and takes pride in accuracy. The ideal candidate will have previous accounts payable experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal team members.
Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Match invoices to supporting documentation and obtain necessary approvals
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Prepare and process payments to vendors
- Maintain accurate accounts payable records and files
- Assist with month-end closing activities
- Communicate professionally with vendors, managers, and coworkers
- Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and internal controls
- Support the accounting team with additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Previous Accounts Payable experience required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required
