Position Description

Join our team as a CNC Machinist specializing in CNC Milling and Turning on our Weekend Shift. You will play a crucial role in operating CNC machines to manufacture precision parts that meet exact mechanical specifications.

Schedule And Benefits

• Schedule: Enjoy a 3-day work week (Friday-Sunday) from 6:00am to 6:30pm.
• Bonuses: Earn a 4-hour weekly bonus
• Shift Differential: Receive a 10% shift differential for weekend shifts.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Turning and Milling machines to produce high-quality components.
• Utilize knowledge of machining processes, tool specifications, and material characteristics to ensure efficient operation.
• Conduct thorough quality inspections using precision measuring instruments and adhere to quality control documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain machine productivity.
• Participate actively in 6S and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret part drawings and work instructions.
• Proficiency in CNC lathe operation (Miyano, Mori) and/or CNC milling (Makino, HAAS, Brother).
• Strong mechanical aptitude with above-average manual dexterity.
• Basic understanding of geometric and trigonometric formulas; intermediate math skills preferred.
• Experience with visual inspection using microscopes for small parts.
• Flexible, reliable, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
