Landscape Technician (Maintenance)

We're hiring a Landscape Technician to join our Maintenance team.

This position combines lawn maintenance and property care with maintaining high-end commercial and residential properties throughout the Gallatin Valley. You'll help create clean, professional landscapes through mowing, trimming, edging, cleanup, and ongoing property maintenance.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Landscape Maintenance

• Mow commercial and residential properties

• Trim around landscape beds, fences, buildings, and obstacles

• Edge sidewalks, curbs, and hardscape areas

• Blow off sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and other surfaces

• Maintain clean, detailed, and professional property appearance

• Monitor turf and landscape conditions

• Work with your crew to complete routes efficiently

Property Care

• Perform seasonal cleanup and property maintenance

• Help maintain healthy, attractive landscapes

• Identify and report property concerns

• Assist with special projects and property improvements

• Help create clean, finished outdoor spaces

General Responsibilities

• Operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, edgers, and hand tools)

• Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials

• Work with your crew to complete work safely and efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized truck, trailer, and job site

Schedule

• Typical summer schedule: 4 days/week, 10-hour shift
• Schedule may adjust based on weather and workload
• Overtime available during peak season

Requirements

• 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Able to perform physical work (lifting, bending, digging)
• Able to work outdoors in all weather
