Landscape Crew Member (Beds & Planting)

Division: Plant Health Care Division

Reporting Manager: Beds Field Leader

Employment Status: Non-exempt/Part-Time or Full-Time/Seasonal

We’re hiring Landscape Technician to join our Beds team.

This role focuses on garden beds, planting, pruning, and keeping properties looking clean and finished. We work on high-end properties throughout the valley, and the expectation is simple—do it right and take pride in the result.

If you like working with your hands, being outside, and seeing the difference you make at the end of the day, you’ll fit here.

Experience helps, but it’s not required. We train people who show up and want to work.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Install and maintain landscape beds (edging, shaping, cleanup)• Plant shrubs, trees, and flowers
• Assist with mulch and soil installation
• Perform basic pruning and plant care
• Keep job sites clean, detailed, and professional
• Operate landscaping tools (trimmers, blowers, hand tools)
• Work with your crew to complete jobs efficiently

SCHEDULE

• Typical summer schedule: 4 days/week, 10-hour shift
• Schedule may adjust based on weather and workload
• Overtime available during peak season

REQUIREMENTS

• 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Able to perform physical work (lifting, bending, digging)
• Able to work outdoors in all weather
