GENERAL FUNCTION:
The Senior Director of Marketing, Communications & Brand Strategy serves as the organization's chief marketing and communications leader and is responsible for advancing the visibility, reputation, influence, and impact of Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County (BGCBC).
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and serving as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, this position provides strategic leadership for all aspects of marketing, communications, public relations, brand management, storytelling, creative services, digital engagement, media relations, community outreach, and stakeholder communications.
The Senior Director plays a critical role in translating organizational impact into meaningful relationships, community support, philanthropic investment, and strategic partnerships. This leader collaborates closely with executive leadership, development, program operations, board members, corporate partners, elected officials, media representatives, and community stakeholders to strengthen BGCBC's position as the premier youth development organization in Broward County.
The successful candidate is an innovative and strategic leader who understands how integrated marketing, communications, fundraising, advocacy, and community engagement work together to support organizational growth, mission advancement, and long-term sustainability.
Salary : $92,000 - $100,000
