General Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 2:30–6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 1:30–6:00 PM
- Hours scheduled based on Club needs
- No nights. No weekends.

As a Youth Development Professional, you’ll work directly with children and teens in grades 4–12, creating a safe, engaging, and positive after-school experience at our Club site in Alexander Middle School.
What you’ll do:
- Lead games, activities, and hands-on learning experiences
- Facilitate daily program plans that support youth development
- Build positive relationships as a role model and mentor
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and welcoming Club environment
- Collaborate with a passionate team of staff, volunteers, and directors
