The Program Specialist reports to the Branch Director. The position is part-time with 25 hours during the week, Monday-Friday with no weekend work, 40 hours during summer. The primary function of the job is to implement and supervise activities within a specific area. Effectively implement, administer programs and services to members. Continually interact with all members by providing them with active supervision motivation and encouragement. Areas the program specialist will supervise include Arts & Crafts Room, Education Room, Games Room, Gym, Lunch Room, Multi-purpose Room, Playground, Recreation Area, Tech Lab, and the Teen Center.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years or older
