Front Desk Receptionist
- Duties:
- - Greet and welcome parents/guardians and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- - Greet, welcome, and sign-in members arriving from school
- - Monitor members in the hallway
- - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- - File documents as needed
- - Perform general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, and scanning
- - Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- - Assist admin staff as necessary
- - Other duties as deemed necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Skills:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Project coordination skills for managing multiple ongoing projects
