Core Responsibilities
- Create memorable guest experiences by reserving tee times across our 11 Michigan golf courses
- Process and manage convention and wedding bookings with attention to detail
- Provide solution-oriented support for guests with questions or changes to existing reservations
- Maintain accurate guest profiles to ensure personalized service
- Deliver exceptional customer service through proper communication techniques and phone etiquette
- Process guest deposits accurately and efficiently
- Navigate our computerized reservation systems (SpringerMiller, SalesForce, EZLinks) to manage bookings and issue confirmations
- Serve as a knowledgeable concierge, sharing insights about our properties, activities and surrounding areas
- Handle administrative tasks including report generation, room assignments, and other operational duties
What You'll Bring
- Strong keyboard skills and familiarity with database, spreadsheet, and word processing software
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dedication to delivering exceptional service with accuracy and thoroughness
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a warm, helpful, and friendly demeanor
- Excellent team collaboration skills with consistently friendly and professional communication
- Prior experience with SpringerMiller, and/or SalesForce software is a plus but not required
