What You'll Be Accountable For

You will lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality are aligned and executed with precision.
- Coordinate internal teams and field leadership
- Keep projects progressing smoothly through each phase
- Documentation is accurate
You will own cost control, forecasting, change management, and reporting.
- Monitor budgets and forecasts
- Manage change orders and cost reporting
- Identify risks early and address them proactively
You set clear expectations, enforce commitments, and follow through.

Qualifications
- 5 years of commercial construction project management experience
- Strong understanding of scheduling, cost control, procurement, and documentation
- Experience with Procore, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software (P6 or MS Project)
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts
- OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
