About the Role
This is an entry point into a long-term career in personal lines insurance, not just a support role.
The Jr. Account Executive works closely with our Account Executives to manage day-to-day service work while also building the skills needed to eventually manage their own book of business.
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and takes ownership—someone who wants to grow into a Personal Account Executive role over time.
What You’ll Do
Client Service & Support
- Assist Account Executives with servicing a book of personal lines clients
- Communicate with clients regarding policy changes, billing questions, and general inquiries
- Deliver a responsive, high-touch client experience
Policy Processing & Account Management
- Process daily download reports and review policy changes
- Handle endorsements and maintain accurate policy updates
- Update and manage client billing accounts
Carrier & Internal Coordination
- Communicate directly with underwriting and carrier service centers
- Support internal workflows to ensure timely and accurate service
Growth & Development
- Begin managing a small book of business
- Build foundational knowledge of coverages, carriers, and client needs
- Develop into a future Personal Lines Account Executive

What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
- Active Tennessee Property & Casualty Insurance License
- At least 1 year of Personal Lines insurance experience
- AMS360 experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
