We’re a long-standing Managed Services Provider supporting businesses across NYC and Long Island, known for delivering high-touch support and building strong, lasting client relationships. We’re hiring an System Administrator (L1.5–L2) who has recent MSP experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, ticket-driven environment supporting multiple clients.

What You’ll Do

• Provide Tier 1–2 support across multiple client environments
• Troubleshoot issues within M365 (Outlook, permissions, licensing, etc.)
• Handle a high volume of tickets while meeting SLA expectations
• Support end users with desktop, application, and basic network issues
• Assist with onboarding, device setups, and general IT support tasks
• Work closely with a collaborative team in a fast-paced MSP setting

What We’re Looking For

• Recent MSP experience required
• Experience working in a ticketing system supporting multiple clients
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Microsoft 365, and end-user support
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and staying organized
• Team-oriented mindset — reliable, proactive, and easy to work with
