What You'll Be Doing
- Design, deploy, and support Windows Server, virtualization, and network infrastructure for a variety of SMB clients.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, VMware, and cloud environments.
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, firewalls, switches, wireless infrastructure, and endpoint devices.
- Manage backups, disaster recovery, patching, security, and system performance.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, networking, and cloud-related issues.
- Lead and participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and client projects.
- Create and maintain technical documentation while helping improve operational standards and best practices.
- Build trusted relationships with clients while serving as a technical advisor for their IT environments.
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of MSP or Systems Administration experience.
- Strong Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration skills.
- Experience with VMware, Azure, and cloud technologies.
- Networking experience with switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and wireless infrastructure.
- Experience supporting both server infrastructure and end-user environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage projects and client relationships.
- Experience with AWS, SonicWall, Cisco, HP/Aruba, or Apple environments is a plus.
