Our client is a highly respected Managed Service Provider supporting small and mid-sized businesses throughout the Atlanta area. Their engineers are trusted advisors to clients, handling everything from Microsoft 365 migrations and Windows Server deployments to virtualization, cloud initiatives, networking, and infrastructure modernization. They're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, leading projects, and continuing to grow their engineering skillset.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, deploy, and maintain Windows Server environments
• Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Active Directory, and Entra ID
• Lead server upgrades, Microsoft 365 migrations, and infrastructure projects
• Support virtualization platforms including Hyper-V and VMware
• Troubleshoot networking issues involving switches, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, and DHCP
• Work directly with clients to recommend and implement technology improvements
• Serve as a technical escalation point for more advanced support issues

What We're Looking For

• 3 years working for a Managed Service Provider
• Strong Windows Server and Microsoft 365 administration experience
• Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization experience
• Exposure to Azure and cloud technologies is a plus
• Comfortable working directly with clients and owning projects from start to finish
