What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Delivery Manager (MSP) position at Bowman Williams?
We’re on a fast-track trajectory toward $25M, but our "why" remains the same: empowering charter schools in low-income communities across NYC and Northern NJ. As we scale, we’re looking for a Service Delivery Manager who cares as much about student outcomes as they do about SLAs.
This isn’t just a "sit behind a desk" role. You’ll be the bridge between technical excellence and people leadership, managing 10-14 Field Technicians across the tristate area and collaborating with our dedicated remote team in India.
The Mission:
- Balance: A 50/50 split between hands-on technical leadership and high-level people management.
- Scale: Help us transition from "rapid growth chaos" to a streamlined, world-class service engine.
- Impact: Support a standardized, classroom-friendly tech stack built for stability and scale.
What you bring:
- 5 years of MSP experience (this is a must).
- Experience managing offshore/international teams.
- The ability to tighten processes and reduce friction in a fast-moving environment.
The Rewards:
- $100K – $110K base with OTE of $125k - $135k
- Quarterly Bonuses (10% of deliverables).
- Predominantly remote (with 2-3 onsite visits/week in NYC/NJ).
