What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior System Administrator (MSP) position at Bowman Williams?
Senior System Administrator (MSP) — Career Track to Senior Cloud Engineer / Security Engineer
I’m hiring for a Senior System Administrator (MSP) because our company is growing faster than ever, and we’re investing heavily in people, tools, and long-term scalability. We’re a cloud-focused, security-driven services organization that’s expanding across the Denton area—adding new clients, opening new offices, and building a repeatable, mature service delivery model backed by a financially strong leadership team.
What makes us different is simple: we don’t hire engineers to keep them stuck resetting passwords all day. I believe strongly in giving our engineers high-value work, continuous learning opportunities, and a clear roadmap for advancement.
Here, you’ll get hands-on exposure to Azure, modern security stacks, automation, and real-world project deployments—not just support work.
We run quarterly performance reviews specifically to map out your career track. Whether you want to grow into Senior Cloud Engineer, Security Engineer, TAM, or Architect, we push you forward and invest in you with paid certifications, structured skill development, and constant access to new technology.
If you’re looking for a place where your work actually accelerates your career, not stalls it, you’ll fit right in.
