Tier 2 IT Support Engineer – MSP
Location: New York City (Hybrid/Onsite depending on client needs)

We’re a growing MSP in NYC looking for a Tier 2 Support Engineer who enjoys solving real problems, working with a variety of clients, and growing their technical skills. This role is ideal for someone who’s outgrown Tier 1 and wants more ownership, exposure, and impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle Tier 2 escalations from the helpdesk (servers, networking, M365, security)
- Troubleshoot Windows environments, Active Directory, and core infrastructure issues
- Support and manage Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Azure AD, Intune basics)
- Work across multiple client environments (law firms, professional services, SMBs)
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding, projects, and documentation
- Occasionally go onsite for client support and project work
What We’re Looking For
- MSP experience is a must have requirement
- 1-3 years of IT support experience (Tier 2 or strong Tier 1 moving up)
- Solid experience with:
- Windows Servers & Active Directory
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Basic networking (firewalls, VPNs, switches, Wi-Fi)
- Strong troubleshooting mindset and clear communication skills
- Someone who takes ownership and follows issues through to resolution
