We’re hiring an IT Service Coordinator / Dispatcher to support day-to-day operations and act as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams. This is an ideal role for someone with MSP experience looking to grow into operations or project management.
What You’ll Do
- Answer and manage incoming client requests (calls/tickets) and route to the appropriate technicians
- Act as the central hub between clients, support, and project teams
- Coordinate schedules, service updates, and internal communication
- Track tickets, follow up on requests, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Assist with documentation, purchasing coordination, and inventory tracking
What We’re Looking For
- 1 year of MSP experience required
- Experience dispatching tickets, answering client calls, or working in a service coordinator role
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ticket-driven environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Open to candidates coming from Help Desk (L1), internships, or junior PM exposure
