At Bowman Family Services, our dynamic, wellness and client-centered private practice is currently seeking Fully Licensed Counselors to join our team. Counselors that have experience in utilizing aspects of Play therapy and Art therapy are preferred. Counselors who are licensed across states are welcome to apply. Certification in EMDR and IFS modalities is a plus.
Position: Child and Family Counselor ( 1 )

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide counseling sessions using evidence-based modalities.
- Expertise in working with children (Ages 5 and up), and working collaboratively with families.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Participate in regular supervision and continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Current state licensure as a Therapist (LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent).
- Experience working in a private practice setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with diverse populations.
- Commitment to high educational standards, ongoing professional development and ethical practice.
