Under the guidance of the plant manager, follow up on work plans or tasks assigned by plant manager and ensure tasks are completed promptly and effectively. responsible for overseeing the IT operations and infrastructure, ensuring the stable and efficient operation of all systems, server and network of plant. Manage the progress and quality of all project implementing at factory.
Comply with and implement standards of the group and business unit. Regularly participate in the IT community meetings of the Business Unit.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Follow the company's IT strategic planning and project work distribution (mainly SAP, MES, CRM, SRM systems), complete all project tasks promptly and efficiently to meet project goals.
IT project plan achievement rate
Compliance and Standardization. Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with corporate and business unit guidelines.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data security protocols, and internal audit requirements.
Collaborate with the Business Unit IT team to execute IT standardization initiatives.
Information security management completion rate
Oversee the daily operations of IT systems, including hardware, software, networks. Ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of IT infrastructure and system to support factory operations. Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
IT system operation and maintenance completion rate
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure the team meets operational goals.Complete tasks based on monthly departmental plans, meeting minutes, and temporary assignments from leadership promptly and efficiently.
Work plan and meeting resolution completion rate
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, and system configurations. Prepare regular reports on IT performance, compliance, and project status for factory management

Basic Requirements
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Field of Study: Related to computer science
- Work Experience:
- 3 years of experience with MES, WMS, EAM, QMS systems, and addtional experience such as SAP, CRM, SRM, and OA is better
- Participation in at least 2 full MES system projects, with the ability to independently complete system configuration, testing, and go-live tasks
- 3 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Certificates: None required
- Languages: English. Mandarin is preferred

- Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, and IT infrastructure, network security .
- Experience with IT compliance, standardization, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in OFFICE software and VISIO for process mapping.
