Superintendent Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit superintendent reports
- Oversee documentation from subcontractors
- Collaborate with quality control consultants and testing agencies to schedule and review work
- Manage project engineers and delegate tasks as necessary
- Five years of experience as a superintendent in USCACE or similar projects, such as DOD or NAVFAC, with budgets ranging from $20 million to $50 million
- Experience overseeing a minimum of 20 personnel on site
- Five years of quality experience with government contracts or government-awarded projects
- Valid state driver’s license and qualification to operate a vehicle under company policies
- RMS proficiency
- Exceptional technical writing skills
- Osha 30 is preferred
- Forklift certification is preffered
