Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage tenant improvement projects from inception to completion
- Conduct foreman meetings and ensure effective communication among team members
- Develop project schedules and timelines to meet client expectations
- Collaborate with subcontractors and stakeholders to maintain project quality
- Ensure compliance with union regulations and standards
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and seek opportunities for repeat business
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial tenant improvement projects
- Proven ability to manage project schedules and conduct effective meetings
- Existing network of quality union subcontractors is preferred
- Experience with large tenant improvement projects (100k–200k SF) is preferred
- Standard car allowance of $500-600 per month
