- Prospect and close new customers while managing and growing inherited accounts
- Respond to RFQs and develop competitive quotes for fiber connectivity products
- Address technical, engineering, and logistics questions with customers
- Conduct customer visits and relationship management
- Coordinate with international teams on order execution and customer needs
- Participate in factory visits and customer audits (infrequent international travel)
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to support deal flow and delivery
- Representing the firm at customer meetings and industry engagements
- 10 years of experience in fiber optics, with strong exposure to fiber cable or fiber connectivity sales
- Deep understanding of passive optics hardware
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven sales acumen with the ability to handle technical discussions
- Comfort working without a CRM in a lean, relationship-driven environment
- Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally
- Engineering or technical background preferred
- Product management experience preferred
