Sales Manager Requirements
- 5 years of experience in a sales environment, specifically service-type sales (direct to consumer preferred, B2B, etc.)
- 5 years of management experience
- BA Degree in a related field preferred
- Proficiency with Excel is a plus
- Proven ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams and build relationships
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work onsite 100% at their office in Indio, CA
- Lead and manage an existing team of four salespeople
- Build and develop the sales team on a structured basis; initially focusing on sales while gradually shifting to more of a leadership position
- Achieve and maintain a high close rate, responding to inbound leads with a sense of urgency
- Meet with the sales team weekly to review leads and improve performance
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries, providing relief and competitive pricing to customers
- Ensure smooth operations and contribute to the companies success and future growth plans
