Salary Range: $120,000 / Year DOE
Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule HVAC installation projects
- Coordinate with sales, installers, vendors, and subcontractors
- Lead, coach, and develop installers and apprentices
- Conduct ride-alongs and provide training and feedback
- Review job costs, materials, labor hours, and profitability
- Visit job sites to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues
- Help troubleshoot installation challenges when needed
- Maintain safety standards and company procedures
- High school diploma or GED
- EPA Certification required
- 4–5 years of HVAC installation experience
- Leadership or team management experience
- Ability to read blueprints and installation plans
- Proficiency in Word and Outlook
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
