A 90-year-old, employee-owned financial services firm is hiring a Registered Client Service Associate to join a high-performing wealth management team in Bellevue, WA. This role goes far beyond admin. You’ll sit in at client meetings, prepare financial plans, execute trades, rebalance portfolios, and directly support a book of business of $305M across 168 households. You’ll build deep client relationships, learn the advisory craft from the inside, and grow into an Associate Financial Advisor if that’s your path. Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 / Year DOE incentive bonus

Registered Client Service Associate Responsibilities
- Participate in and support 5 - 6 client meetings per week, including prep, follow-up, and action tracking
- Create post-meeting summaries and follow-up items for clients and internal teams
- Execute trades and assist with portfolio rebalancing and review through the Paragon platform
- Utilize MoneyGuide Pro for financial planning tasks
- Open new accounts and process transfers/distributions
- Maintain client communication and provide proactive service
- Monitor reports and notifications across the advisor’s book of business
- Review portfolio performance, identify areas out of balance, and take corrective action
- Collaborate closely with a tight-knit team and uphold a high-touch client experience
- Work within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and other financial platforms
- 3 - 5 years in financial services as a CSA, Paraplanner, or related role
- Series 7, Series 66 or 63/65, and SIE
- Strong technology skills
- Experience with Thomson ONE, Envestnet, CRM, and MoneyGuide Pro preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- CFP or actively pursuing CFP is a plus
- Extremely detail-oriented, efficient, proactive, and comfortable engaging clients directly
- Must pass FINRA background and credit check
