Registered Client Service Associate Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to a Financial Advisor
- Open new accounts, process transfers, and handle client distributions
- Execute trade placements for clients in accordance with regulations and advisor direction
- Maintain and monitor client records, reports, and notifications for the book of business
- Proactively engage with clients via phone and email, addressing inquiries and providing outstanding customer service
- Step in to support other teams when needed, fostering a team-oriented, collaborative work environment
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Thomson ONE, Envestnet, Money Guide Pro, and Microsoft Office Suite for daily operations
- Must be fully licensed: Series 7, Series 66 (or Series 63/65), and SIE
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build relationships with clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new technologies
- Ability to work onsite full-time
- Must pass a FINRA background and credit check
