A nationwide commercial and residential construction firm is hiring a Project Manager for the Dallas/Fort Worth region to lead commercial construction projects for major telecom and data center clients. This PM will run point on everything: client meetings, scopes, proposals, schedules, subcontractor oversight, field coordination, and on-site validation across Texas and surrounding states. - Own full lifecycle management of commercial construction projects across TX and nearby markets
- Build scopes, proposals, budgets, schedules, and timelines
- Manage multiple active projects ranging from one-day service calls to multimillion-dollar efforts
- Oversee subcontractor teams, site superintendents, and jobsite execution
- Maintain tight communication with clients and navigate high-pressure, fast-paced expectations
- Conduct regular on-site visits throughout TX, with occasional travel to surrounding states
- Ensure safety, quality, compliance, and timely delivery across all work
- Collaborate with PM team, leadership, and field staff to keep projects aligned and moving
- Use proprietary project management platform for daily tracking and documentation
- Strengthen the company’s reputation for integrity, reliability, and relationship-driven service
- Several years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
- GC experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects
- Comfortable managing subs, working in live/active environments, and handling demanding client relationships
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel frequently for site visits
- Construction Management or Business degree, municipal building experience, familiarity with electrical systems, or data center work preferred
